The foodbank is preparing for Christmas donation projects and would be grateful for any of the following items.

Please note: All festive items should be with us, or in a collection basket, by Wednesday December 4th

  • Tinned ham
  • Mince pies, Yule logs, Small Xmas cakes,
  • Small Christmas puddings, Tinned custard
  • Christmas crackers
  • Christmas sweets
  • Biscuit selection boxes
  • Tinned veg,
  • Tinned potatoes
  • Tinned soup
  • Tinned vegetarian meals
  • Savoury Christmas treats/snacks
  • Coffee, tea, hot chocolate
  • Tinned fish
  • Tinned meat meals
  • Tinned tomatoes
  • Angel delight
  • Rice pudding
  • Tinned fruit,
  • Jam, Peanut butter
  • Shampoo, shower gel, razors, shaving foam deodorant, loo roll
  • Washing up liquid, laundry powder/liquid
  • Pet food

Local Collection Points

Food donations can be left at any of our collection points across the area. These include collection baskets at Tesco’s, Waitrose, Morrisons, Coop on Trinity Mead, Budgens at Bidford, Sainsbury’s on Bridge Street, over the counter at Stratford Leisure Centre, and most local churches including Holy Trinity Church. You might also find your school or business collects for us too.

Delivering to our Warehouse

Food donations can also be brought directly to our warehouse at specific times (see below). Our warehouse is on the carpark at Tesco, Birmingham Road, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 0UA, follow signs to the ‘Click and Collect’ and look out for the portacabins with Foodbank signage. Please use the back entrance (Warehouse entrance).

Opening hours for Food donations:

  • Monday and Wednesday 2pm – 3.30 pm
  • Saturdays from November 2nd to January 18th 2020 30am – 11.30am

Alternative Delivery Times by Arrangement

As we are a volunteer run organisation it is easier for us if donors can deliver at one of the above times. However, with notice, alternative arrangements may be made. To arrange an alternative delivery date drop us an email to one of the addresses shown below. The Foodbank has volunteer teams working with specific groups so we would be grateful if you could arrange this by email as follows:
