The Trussell Trust runs the largest network of foodbanks in the UK, giving emergency food and support to people in crisis. Thirteen million people live below the poverty line and in the last year we gave 1,332,952 three-day emergency food supplies to people in crisis.
The recent visit of Stratford Upon Avon Badgers to the foodbank. Annette O’Hara and Jayne Caithness welcomed Becky Morris and helpers John and Liz, along with a small but enthusiastic group of Badgers.
The badgers brought along some food donations and helped to start the food processing by writing the use by dates onto the tins and packets.
