Overview
Stratford upon Avon Foodbank is looking to recruit a flexible hard working Projects and Strategy Manager to oversee and manager our projects which will help our Foodbank achieve its Strategic aims. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering our strategic projects. It is a key role in helping us to develop and extend our much needed services to a wider audience.
The successful candidate will need to possess excellent man-management and communication skills and work to a high standard. They must have a passion for social justice, and an appreciation of the work of the Trussell Trust, being sympathetic to its values and ethos.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of managing teams
- Experience of managing and developing projects
- Be capable of independent working and possess personal resilience
- The ability to manage multiple demands and able to establish clear priorities
- A clean driving licence
