Stratford-upon-Avon Foodbank Volunteer 10-Year Event

31st July 2023

Next Tuesday 8th August 11am-2pm, the Stratford-upon-Avon Foodbank is taking the opportunity to celebrate and appreciate 10 years of outstanding volunteers’ contribution.

The Foodbank became a registered charity on 8th August 2013 and although we have operated from various locations around the town, our core aim has remained the same: to relieve hunger and poverty in the local area by providing compassionate, practical help with dignity and respect with the giving of emergency food parcels.

If you have ever volunteered for the food bank over its’ ten-year history, no matter what role you have played, we warmly welcome you to attend our appreciation event at the Fred Winter Centre, 41 Guild Street. You will get to meet some of the partner agencies we work alongside, see our timeline of activity and also hear about new volunteer opportunities we are currently recruiting for.

We look forward to seeing you next week.
