Refreshments will be served at all sessions and there will be the opportunity for clients to be referred into our Money Advice Project with dedicated Foodbank Citizens Advice South Warwickshire caseworkers. We will also have a variety of support agencies co-located at our sessions to offer support/advice. These support agencies can be accessed by anyone whether or not they are collecting a food parcel.
Clients still need to come with a food parcel voucher to collect their pre-prepared food parcel. When raising a voucher, please select the nearest venue to the client’s home address.
Please note that now we have wider geographical spread of food parcel collection points, we will be reviewing our delivery service and unless there are exceptional circumstances we will no longer be delivering to clients who live close to a parcel collection point.
These new locations and times will appear on our voucher system and website from Wednesday 21 August, although please note the sessions will not start at the new locations and times until Tuesday 27 August.
We are putting fliers in all our client parcels with the new dates and times but please can you ensure when you raise a voucher to communicate these changes with your clients. After Friday 23 August we will not have volunteers or staff at the Fred Winter Centre to provide a parcel collection service, so clients will have to go to the our new locations and times to collect food parcels.
If you have any questions or need any further information, please call us on 07736 929 025 and we will be happy to help.
