This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, compassionate individual with a passion for social justice to make a real difference in our local community. Reporting to the Trustee Board, this role will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, management and financial sustainability of Stratford-upon-Avon Foodbank. Leading our staff and volunteer team, to provide emergency food and practical support to those in crisis and, in the longer term, working with our partners to help usΒ  realise our ambition to ensure everyone has enough money for the essentials, and to end the need for emergency food and foodbanks for good.

Role details:

Role: Foodbank Manager
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon (Hybrid – Fred Winter Centre + flexible/home working)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
Salary: Β£40,000 – Β£45,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Foodbank

  • Oversee budgeting, fundraising, and partnership development
