Due to circumstances beyond our control, Stratford upon Avon Foodbank are seeking a location (or locations) where we can set up and run food distribution sessions for an interim period until we can move all our operations to new premises. We are not seeking food storage, simply a community location, in or close to the town centre, where we could operate “pop up” foodbank sessions each week for our clients, bringing food in our van.
We have been running four (weekday) distribution sessions each week, two at 1200 – 1330 (Tuesday, Friday) and two at 1700 – 1830 (Monday, Thursday), of 1.5 hours duration; the number of sessions, timing and duration are all things which we can adapt, based on the location availability considerations.
We are therefore reaching out to local community/ church organisations to seek assistance.
